The Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) develops and implements strategies and programs to retain and expand county businesses and increase jobs. This Department administers the Geauga County Revolving Loan Fund Program and the Local Revolving Loan Fund Program. CED is also responsible for implementing the CDBG Allocation grant, the state Demolition and Revitalization grant and the Brownfield Remediation grant.
